Orientation and navigation
AbcSubmit’s editor has two contexts: the form-management area and the editor for one selected form.
Main navigation
- Home returns to the editor home area.
- New opens the available creation types when you have permission to create forms.
- Open lists forms and other permitted application resources.
- With a form open, the ribbon includes Fields, Edit, Design, Conditions, Payments, Integrations, Responses, Files, Translations, Settings, Workflow, Publish, and Preview as supported by permissions and plan.
- My Account, My Company, and My Inbox are account/company areas; do not change organizational settings without the owner’s approval.
Shared with me
Shared with me is the area where forms shared with you inside the company are visible. You can review a shared form when you have permission, but do not use it for experimentation or change, fill, copy, share, rename, move, or delete it without the owner’s authorization.
Testing safely
Use a separate non-production form or an approved draft when trying changes. Avoid using real respondent data in test submissions.
